The delivery times indicated for our products refer to Austria / the European Union. We commit to shipping to you within the specified duration. Our shipping days are always from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory and national holidays. In rare cases, delays may occur. If this should happen, we will inform you immediately.

Shipping Costs:

The shipping costs include all taxes, duties, and surcharges. There are no additional costs. We only charge the actual expense, including freight and proportional packaging.

For items shipped via parcel service, we charge shipping costs of €4.90 (including 0% VAT). For items shipped via bulky goods shipping or freight forwarding, shipping costs amount to €49.00 (including 0% VAT). Free shipping from €1,000.
