Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract within fourteen days, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for the refund as you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged with fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods.

In the event of withdrawal, the customer is obliged to return the goods promptly and demonstrably. The proof of return is the responsibility of the customer. If the goods have been used and/or damaged, the customer has to pay reasonable compensation for the use, including reasonable compensation for any damage incurred - up to the value of the goods.

You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has no right of withdrawal for contracts relating to: goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the trader has no control and which may occur within the withdrawal period, goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery, goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
