General information on delivery

Our parcels are shipped directly from the European port of Rotterdam as an international parcel with our logistics partner from the Netherlands. The products that cannot be shipped by parcel service are shipped with our international shipping company from Germany or the Netherlands.       

The Dutch warehouse, BORG class 4, guarantees that the products leave the warehouse in excellent condition. No subsequent discussions. All packages are carefully packed and wrapped. Wherever possible, we place value on using as little plastic as possible.  

As soon as we have received your order in full, it will be processed immediately and dispatched as soon as payment has been received.

Orders containing both in-stock and procurement items will be dispatched as soon as we have received all products. The maximum delivery time depends on the product with the longest delivery time. 

The delivery time from the time of ordering to delivery depends on the respective product and can be viewed in the delivery time information. If the product is in stock, it is ready for dispatch immediately and will be dispatched within 4-9 working days. Please note that delivery and shipping take place from Monday to Friday.

After you have completed your order, you will receive an e-mail from us with the parcel number and a link to track your shipment. It may happen that this e-mail ends up in your spam folder by mistake. Please check it for incoming messages. If you still haven't received the number, please create a ticket so that we can look for your number for you.

Shipping time

The delivery times stated for our products refer to Austria / the European Union. We undertake to ship to you within the specified period. Our shipping days are always from Monday to Friday, with the exception of public and national holidays.

In rare cases there may be delays. If this is the case, we will inform you immediately.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs include all taxes, duties and surcharges. There are no further costs.

We only charge the actual cost including freight and proportionate packaging.

For items sent by parcel post, we charge shipping costs of €4.90 (incl. 0% VAT). For items shipped by bulky goods or forwarding agent, shipping costs of € 49.00 (incl. 0% VAT) will be charged. Free shipping from € 1.000,-.
