They will also ensure that the cabling is installed according to your needs and, above all, in a way that conserves resources. The delivery times indicated for our products refer to the European Union. We commit to shipping to you within the specified duration. Our shipping days are always from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory and national holidays. In rare cases, delays may occur. If this should happen, we will inform you immediately.

Shipping Costs

The shipping costs include all taxes, duties, and surcharges. There are no additional costs. We only charge the actual expense, including freight and proportional packaging.

For items shipped via parcel service, we charge shipping costs of €5.90 (including 0% VAT). For items shipped via bulky goods shipping or freight forwarding, shipping costs amount to €49.00 (including 0% VAT). Free shipping from €1,000.

How do I optimally align the modules of my solar power plant? 

​For the greatest possible energy yield, we recommend orienting the solar modules to the south at an angle of 30 - 40°. Orientation to the east or west generates slightly less electricity over the course of the day, but offers you the opportunity to achieve higher yields in the morning and evening, when the average electricity consumption in most households is at its highest. A north-facing orientation should be avoided due to the low solar radiation.

Are my solar modules weatherproof?

Yes, your solar modules are waterproof and designed for temperatures between -40°C and +85°C. The modules are optimally protected against rain, frost and moisture and can be used all year round without hesitation.
